National Erasmus+ Information Day 2019
The Information Day of Erasmus+ Call 2020 in Turkmenistan was successfully organised on December 28, 2019 by the National Erasmus+ Office with the support of the Ministry of Education and the administration of the University for the Humanity and Development (IUHD). The NEO staff addressed with persuasive presentations on Erasmus+ Programme new opportunities to more than 70 participants. Two representatives from the IUHD administration made their speeches on Erasmus+ project ongoing activities in Turkmenistan and shared out their experience and the achieved results. National Erasmus+ Information Day 2017 National Erasmus+ Information Day in Turkmenistan was organized on Monday, 18 December 2017 at the International University of Humanities and Development (IUHD). In the welcoming speech Esen Aydogdiyev, Rector of the IUHD, expressed the high needs of developing the cooperation projects with European and Central Asia universities under the Erasmus+ Programme and emphasized that such network of partnerships could enhance the development of the Turkmen higher education institutions and increase their competitiveness. The Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Turkmenistan Ayna Chorekliyeva informed the audience about the opportunities within the Erasmus+ programme, with special emphasis on the area of higher education, including capacity building for higher education, international credit mobility, joint master degrees, Jean Monnet activities, and other relevant opportunities. Ayna Chorekliyeva provided recommendations on the preparation of project proposals and training at the European universities, on registration and downloading application forms. The participants could receive answers to their questions and consultation on the current and future projects, as well as individual Erasmus + applications. The Conference was attended by representatives of administration of higher education institutions, teaching staff and students, and other relevant stakeholders in the field of higher education in Turkmenistan. The Information Day was broadcasted on national television in order to reach the maximum audience. |

Erasmus+ Information Day 2015 in Turkmenistan On 18th of December 2015 the National Erasmus+ Office in Turkmenistan will conduct the Erasmus+ Information Day in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, The Liaison Office of the European Union in Turkmenistan and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission. The Info Day's goals - to acquaint the representatives of Higher Education Institutions of Turkmenistan with the information on the conditions and the innovations of Erasmus+ 2nd Call for Proposals, selection procedure, national and regional priorities, and to give practical advice to everybody who wants to take part in Erasmus+ events. Opening speeches were made by the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy, Mr. Marco Mancini, the Head of the EU Liaison Office in Turkmenistan, Mr. Dionisis Daniilidis, Deputy Head of Mission and the Consul, UK Embassy (Local EU Presidency in Turkmenistan) Ms. Lynne Smiitt, 2nd Secretary of the Federal Republic of Germany, Ms. Martina Klement, 2nd Secretary for Political Affairs of the Embassy of Romania, Mr. Emil Gosman. Erasmus+ Progtamme Information Day 2014 in Turkmenistan
Information Day was organised by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan in Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communication on November 14, 2014. Info Day's goals were to acquaint the representatives of Higher Education Institutes of Turkmenistan and other interested organizations with the information about events and terms of Erasmus + contest, selection procedure, national and regional priorities, and to give practical advise to everybody who wants to take part in Erasmus + events.
